When the borders fade and I become none, 

I am meeting “me”.

There, limitless tranquility

There, an eternal spread of vastness

There lies the Source of all things.

Anyone who has ever been there, they have known.

An eternal source that could never dry up.

True bliss that would never be lost.

Then, you realize that the only thing you were searching for all along was there.

And with the feeling of eternal relief comes the awareness that this journey is over at last.

There is no need to search again for the Source of happiness.

When I realized that the source of all happiness is simply "me" being here,

I reconstructed myself, living from the source, stepping into a new journey.

Y02【在我】Zi-ee-gah　Empowerment of Myself

 

I decide. I do it. The Source is Me.

I am the one who knows the power of this “me”.

I completely accept myself.

Whatever lies ahead, however might be in front of me, I can’t bind myself to it anymore.

Unless I allow myself to be bound. 

I decide. I do it. 

In me, no right or wrong, no confrontation, no strength contest nor shenanigans against anyone, nothing of this type at all.

Y03【返上】Hen-jō　Returning Power to Others

 

Freedom from the illusion in the human society of people scrambling for power

 and making demands of each other. 

 In the process of getting back from the others the power you had been

 surrendering to them, you come to realize that you, too, had been taking power

 away from the others.

 This essence is to assist you in the process of letting go of your personal

 interests

 and attachment to the world you had been creating.

 It helps in an immediate releasing of a seemingly difficult, entangled human 

 relationship.

 

 "Know that power is not something you are to try to get from outside. 

  You have an infinite source of power within you."

Y04【放我】Hō-ga　Unconditional Surrender

 

Throw yourself into the Oneness, the "I", the Totality. Surrender your heart

 to the will of the Creator.

 Release everything unconditionally towards the "I", the Universal.

 Whatever that refuse to go along with this flow, just let go and let them

 all fall off you.

 

 This essence helps you: To release yourself with unlimited trust, clearly

 focusing your center on the great "I".

 When you wish to experience deep in your heart the comfortable feeling of

 "trusting".

 

Y05【新世】Shin-say　Start to Create the New World

 

What I thought thus far to be reality, the “reality” of this Manichean world fades away as my true self, the sole truth, transcends it, forging a new path, a new reality.

It supports this consciousness shift while helping this “me” to live as a creator.

It doesn’t give power to this passing world, even though I am in the midst of it, 

and guides me to the starting line, as an invitation to begin the creation of the New World.

What kind of world do you want to see? What kind of world do you want to live in?

Do not keep struggling against a world that you don’t want.

The world that you wish for, start creating it.

What are we waiting for?

Y06【今我】Kon-ga　Freedom from the Spell of Time

 

 To take back your own power that you had been surrendering to the past

 and future.

 To wake up from the illusion of the spell of time, and to be the "Now", 

 your true self.

 To free yourself from the thought that tells you to "prepare for" and  "attain",

 thus helping you to be in the "Now", the timeless peace, and to meet with the

 "I", your perfect and true self.

 To help you realize that you feel the future as a heavy burden and that you are

 sacrificing the now for the future, thus helping you to free yourself from such

 a state.

Y07【開真】Kai-ee-shin　Aligning with Higher Truth

 

 "Open the gate to the higher dimension, the higher truth.

 With the alignment of the dials, the gate is unlocked.

 Become one with the Great Source."

 

 To help you find "I" the Being, so that your Existence shines still

 more brightly.

Y08【天地合掌】Ten-chi-gashō　Creation of Heaven on the Earth

 

In this life, what is bound to happen, happens, what I’m bound to do, I do.

I hear a call to awake to “me”. 

I become a pillar of light piercing through Heaven and Earth, making this earth into a heaven.

Finally, the time has come to let your own spirit shine.

The time has come for you to be you.

Y09【我広大也】War-ā-kō-die-nari　Unlimited Ways

 

 All paths are the same.

 You can choose to walk any path you wish.

 Possibilities are vast and infinite. Scope of choice is vast and infinite. 

 There is nothing to restrict you.

 You walk freely.

 You express freely.

 

 This essence is to help you truly realize that the only thing that had restrained

 you was your own interpretation of the matter. It was your own sense of value.

Y10【無戻】Modo-roo-ko-to-nashi　No Return

 

 What I had been seeking, I will from now on become it.

 I used to look "above" for something. I will now become that "Above". 

 I used to dream of some kind of a world. I will now live in that world.

 No longer to live as someone who follows and serves something, but to live as

 a Master.

 Stop seeking. Just be what you were seeking.

 From here on, I will no longer return to the old world.

 This essence is to build up clearly that intention.

Y11【美白氷】Bee-ha-koo-hyō　Be through Light and Darkness

 

 The world of dazzling light, and the world of deep darkness. 

 I stand piercing through them both.

 Value judgments disappear, and now I know that all and everything

 is beautiful.

 A quiet awakening to true beauty.

Y12【白溶】Ha-koo-yō　Breaking out to the Enlightenment

 

 The embankment which had protected my fixed mind about who I am collapses,

 and I melt into the Great "I".

 It is as if the partitioning glass melts away, and the water that was in the cup

 becomes one with the great ocean.

 

 There is no need to protect.

 I am in need of nothing.

 I throw open my entire existence and melt away into myself.

 Into infinite now, into infinite existence, into infinite light.

 

 This essence helps you to realize how you have been trying to acquire something

 in order to qualify yourself as someone worthy or to obtain some proof or an answer.

 It is to find the true answer, which will come to you by letting go of the thought

 that you "need something".

Y13【独標】Do-pyō　Perfectly Peace in Danger

 

 I am alone.

 Unconditional trust in the "I". Nothing else to depend upon.

 Complete tranquility and perfect peace, attained by not relying on anything at all.

 I realize that this is oneness with everything.

 

 Lonely, surrounded by foes, and desperate. In the midst of this state, let go of 

 everything, and just be.

 Stop giving power to this illusion.

 Know that this is all an illusion. 

Y14【光輪】Kō-rin　Divine Portal

 

 Golden ring as a symbol of enlightenment.

 The portal to "the Great".

 The water and force of the three mountains of Kumano.

 The guidance of God 猿田彦.

 At Mt. 神倉 where the three gods of Kumano descended upon,

 golden rings appeared as three rings of light.

 The richness of being already fully supplied. It's blessing.

 To be given the support of the divine world, its strong and warm assistance.

Y15【美神】Bee-sheen　Walk in Beauty

 

 On the Plain of Utsukushigahara, where drizzle danced as it fell.

 When Planet Venus passes before the Sun, the beauty of the Creator rains upon 

 the Earth.

 Allow your beauty to overflow, and live as one who brings the light of that

 beauty onto this Earth.

 Complete blossoming of one's beauty. Blessing and glorification.

 To open the lid of hesitation which had hindered the shining of female sexuality.

Y16【夏田】Ka-den　Eternity into the Ordinary

 

The "I" is there, as the ordinary and the universal.

 No matter what happens, it stays there close by, silently and eternally,

 never to part from you.

 It is a realization within the ordinary, everyday life. Within an ordinary

 sensibility.

 To be with the everyday drama, without being engulfed by the everyday

 drama.

Y17【楽空】Rah-koo　Sky View over Mind

 

 I am the one who knows all.

 I become aware that I already know.

 I transcend the mind. I overlook all, and know the true wisdom.

 

 Wherever on earth I may be, where I am is the holy land. 

 I walk, I myself being the sacred ground.

 I totally relax within my body, the sacred ground.

Y18【大麓】Tie-ray　Higher and Higher

 

 Those who aim to reach the lofty peak. Become yourself the lofty peak.

 Riding on the gentle arm extended by the "I", who stand firmly,

 piercing through the sky.

 An invitation to go beyond the limit and let go of the limit.

Y19【確歩】Ka-koo-hō　Step by Step

 

 A step. Then another step.

 To be on the road all the time.

 To be on the road is the very thing to enjoy.

 

 "I" am to be found here all the time, not at some goalpost

 or on a summit.

Y20【誠我】Say-ee-gah　No Resistance

 

 Be gentle.

 Be truthful to yourself. Be truthful to others.

 Do not defend.

 Do not grudge.

 Just be truthful.

 

 Do not try to attain.

 Recall once again that there is no need to suffer.

 Just love what you are. Just love.

 Not a thing is happening that requires to be solved.

 

 Right now. Be calm.

 Let yourself relax unconditionally.

 I await you here.

 I am here eternally.

 

 Do not concern yourself with a goal.

 Do not be impatient. Do not struggle.

 Do not be in a flurry. Be peaceful.

 

 This essence is to help you when you suddenly realize how you had been scheming

 to protect yourself, and how you had been struggling to find a way to rally yourself.

Y21【集我放光】Shoe-gah-hō-kō　On the Top of the World

 

 Creation is a selection.

 The perfect power of being.

 When I simply am, I am freedom itself. From there I create freely. 

 I smile and I choose. That is creation.

 How peaceful, assured, and free!

 It is achieved merely by selecting, not by fighting and making efforts.

 This is the enormous and infinite creative power of being.

 

 Having withdrawn from all illusions now, and from behind the world, looking out over all creatures. That is how I am.

 At the same time, there is I who live in that world of creatures.

 

 Now, what shall I choose?

 Now, what kind of a world shall I create and live in?

 

 Fear is merely an illusion. When you simply are, there is no fighting.

 Have the total view of this world, and just choose the world you yourself are to live in.

 Stop struggling in the old world. With detachment, live in the new world.

 From the horizontal to the vertical. The dimension you live in is about to change.

Y22【大望】Ta-ee-bō　Make All of the World My Heart Space

 

 I see my perfect self in everyone.

 I accept myself totally as I am.

 I accept the others totally as they are.

 I accept this earth, this world, totally jus as it is.

 I let the entirety of the earth into my heart.

 I look at the others as my beloved self.

 I and the others are all the same, are all residing in love, and are all love itself.

 

 This essence is to help you in your relationships with people, so that,

 without being caught in a drama of your own or of the others, you can

 easily choose a relationship that transcends it, creating and manifesting

 Realizing how much true it is, that there is no need

 to do anything.

 This is the salvation.

 Perfection means to be already perfect as it is.

End resistance and tension, relax into this life, and into this moment, and into myself. Everything exists in this moment,  in this time.

The path is the path. All the connections encountered along the way are all paths. The path is into the unknown, continued without knowing.

Persevere through everything, go straight, and let it become.

Memories of suffering and anguish, etched by history, return to transparency like the wind.

 All drama just becomes drama.

 Memories become only records.

 Grief is over.

You can move forward with fear without stopping even though you are afraid. Simply move forward with fear, and you will see a world there. Move forward with fear without giving power to the fear.

When I pass through the darkness of fear, I am entirely immovable and my serene-self who emerges, not threatened by anything.

Cut off  your own chains. Time of creation has come.

 

Everything is continuously being born anew. Moving forward is simply to step out. It is about enjoying all of it. There is no need for reasons there.

I20【点火】Ten-ka　Mars Ignition

 

Be passionate. Ignite your passion. Initiate the revolution.

 

When your passion aligns with your spirit, things start moving and manifesting all at once. Everything is already prepared.

Become one with the immovable tranquility that is free from tension. 

 

Immovable mountains on the earth are one with the land, and observe calmly and remain immovable regardless of what happens.

The one is an infinitely quiet and vast presence that sits in the background of all phenomena, silent and immovable.

The light of tranquility illuminates this world.

Doubts gently flake off in a fluttering manner under moderation.

 

Eyes trust everything that is present there.

Connecting universes: The interface between Galaxies.  Interface connecting universes.

 

Protocols for data transfer between different universes, paradigms, and dimensions.

You are infinity in form. Tremble at your boundlessness and rejoice in your finiteness. 

Become a self beyond form and size. When I live in a boundless form, I engage with others in spite of their limits. Selfless being lives both self and others.

Arise and appear.

You are no one. You decide who you are. 

 

What will you live as? Stand on the stage of Earth, and be the one you decided, and live the one you decided.

Judge not. Those who bear that will.

 

The mirror of pure crystal is not for judgment but to reflect the truth without deception. It reveals your own falsehoods and brings everything into the light.

 

Witness your own judgments and understand your own suffering. When you see all of this without reservation, you will find your own truth and eternal peace.

Beloved ones, the time has come to end your judgments.

I27【無分】Wa-ka-tsu-koh-toh-na-shee　No Separation

 

Hear the voice of God in everything.

 

Everything that my eyes see is the image of creation.

Everything that my ears hear is the voice of creation.

Everything that my body and heart feel is the song of creation.

 

Everything is truly everything. All things are inseparable. 

In eternity, all is one. Hear God in everything.

I28【敬譲】Kay-jō　Respect with No Reason

 

Remember to equally respect everyone equally whom you encounter.

Respect requires no reason. Respect opens your true eyes to see the divinity. When you see divinity, respect arises from there.

Respect opens you to that which is love and awakens the song that praises the creation of all things. By singing the song, you create the world that you live.

When you respect everything, differences, hostility, and dislike turn into love. Your world begins to shine under the intention.

I29【光我】Koh-gah　Luminescence

 

I radiate the light that I am when I revert to the ZERO that I am.

Let it work through me. Light me up. Begin to luminesce.

I30【融解】You-kai　Melting

when you say “sorry”, hidden stagnation begins to flows out. 

When you continue to apologize, it transforms into a torrent of “sorry”, and the barrier is broken down. A great world of relief will appear.

 

“Sorry” is not a word to bear a sense of guilt. “Sorry” is to be free from everything. “Apologize” is a magical word.
