その流れに沿わないものすべてが自分から剥がれ落ちていくことに身をまかせよ

 

大いなる "私" へ明確に軸を合わせるために。

無条件の”信頼” の心地よさを心底感じるために。

 

 

  

Y04【放我】Hō-ga　Unconditional Surrender

 

Throw yourself into the Oneness, the "I", the Totality. Surrender your heart to the will of the Creator.

 Release everything unconditionally towards the "I", the Universal.

 Whatever that refuse to go along with this flow, just let go and let them  all fall off you.

 This essence helps you: To release yourself with unlimited trust, clearly focusing your center on the great "I".

 When you wish to experience deep in your heart the comfortable feeling of "trusting".
